Next Act : Contemporary Art from Hong Kong to launch in March at the Asia Society

Continuing Asia Society Hong Kong Center (ASHK)’s successful presentation of local talent in 2017(Breathing Space: Contemporary Art from Hong Kong), Next Act provides a platform to bring together ideas and celebrate artists who converge in Hong Kong today. This exhibition is a metaphor for connecting people and sharing experiences to look forward to diverse possibilities for the next act.

Coinciding with ASHK’s 30th anniversary in 2020, the exhibition and related education programs provide an opportunity to reflect on the social historical development of Hong Kong and the organization’s role in building bridges of regional communication and understanding.
