Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel also earned the 2020 Forbes Travel Guide Recommended Award, and both will be showcased on the the Star Award winners on ForbesTravelGuide.com.

A special 4-course menu of Chef Andrea’s signature dishes will be available from 1 March to 30 April 2020 at Cucina for this celebration, priced at HK$788 per person. Guest can enjoy 4 glasses of pairing wine for an additional HK$320 per person.
Signature dishes include Smoked Gold Salmon Loin with Black Truffle, Oscietra Caviar and Dill Sauce, presented in a flurry of dry ice, it’s a dish where the “camera eats first. Not to mention the Handmade Tortellini stuffed with Porcini and 48-month Iberico Ham, Pear and Madeira Sauce , Grilled Wagyu Beef Rib Eye with Seared Duck Liver, Gin Gel, Romanesco Purée and Pepper Sauce and Yuzu Sherbet with Pistachio Mousse, Ricotta Cheese Ganache and Chocolate Sponge.
