AHEAD of Summer 2020 Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, Ming Court, has announced an all new Gourmet Lobster Menu. Famed for its dim-sum making courses and sophisticated interpretation of classic dishes, the Gourmet Lobster Menu – available from now until the end of June – is set to be a big hit.

Head Chef Li Yuet Faat’s carefully curated menu sources premium ingredients, from Boston lobster to Wagyu beef, creating an authentic Cantonese cuisine experience. Highlights include: Ming Court’s Fresh Lobster – sautéed to perfection it’s tail remaining tender and succulent; as well as Cubed Wagyu Beef, stir fried with a heavy dose of fragrant garlic. The new menu also offers a variety of soups, noodles and deserts – all prepared and presented with the same meticulous attention to detail and flavour.
