THE Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong has new announcements for the upcoming season – introducing Junior Masterchef cooking workshops and their new range of Mid-Autumn delicacies for the Festival.
Junior Masterchef Cooking Workshops
The Junior Masterchef Cooking Workshops will allow kids to discover new tastes and smells of different foods, in these hands-on interactive workshops. Led by the hotel’s culinary experts, the workshops come in levels of difficulty and with themes such as Mamma Mia (Italian cuisine), Home Sweet Home (baking and deserts) and Wake Me Up Before School (breakfast dishes).

The Ritz-Carlton’s mooncakes come this year in special edition, the hotel’s famed treats are housed in an elegant jewel trunk designed by students from SCAD Hong Kong (Savannah College of Art and Design). These come in addition to the original Mooncake Hampers which include a variety of indulgent and luxurious food and wine.
