Hong Kong Magnificent Jewels July auction achieved US$39.8 million / HK$306,610,000 – continuing Christie’s leadership in offering the finest quality coloured diamonds and gemstones at auction.

Notable highlights from the collection were a a 12.11 Carats Fancy Intense Blue/IF Diamond Ring (HK$65,000,000–95,000,000/ US$8,000,000–12,000,000) from a distinguished private collector and a 19.53 Carats Burmese Star Ruby Pendant Necklace by Etcetera (HK$18,000,000 – 28,000,000/ US$2,300,000 – 3,500,000). An extraordinary creation by the famed jewellery designer Edmond Chin for Etcetera.
