Esca‘s vegetarian mooncakes

Originating in 2019, the vegetarian mooncake was created as a more natural alternative for customers. Using a selection of fine ingredients including vegetarian parmesan, coconut milk, vanilla bean paste and Japanese eggs – the first editions of the range were produced in limited edition batches for esca’s valued customers. In light of the phenomenal feedback, they are bringing them back for everyone to continue to enjoy.
