Dior presents the modern tailoring capsule collection

THE FRENCH phrase “haute couture” refers to making custom, exclusive clothing by some of the most prestigious luxury fashion houses. The art of couture begins by laying the foundation of tailoring to create a silhouette.

Just like in 1947 when Monsieur Dior presented his first couture collection revolutionising the way women dressed with the new look, Dior menswear Artistic Director Kim Jones is taking the savoir-faire of the ateliers to launch The Modern Tailoring capsule collection.

Rethinking the traditional constructs of tailoring, Jones is taking the codes of the Dior house and a contemporary perspective to create a collection that encapsulates the modern man.
