W Hong Kong launch Light Up the Festivities

In anticipation of the Christmas season, W Hong Kong has launched Light Up the Festivities, a program of dining, spa and takeaway experiences to delight.

Executive Chef Rafael Gil has developed a a culinary experience centred around the classic tastes and luxury foods of Christmas at KITCHEN, Sing Yin Cantonese Dining and WOOBAR.

Here, caviar will be served to start, followed by an array of French oysters, foie gras, roasted turkey and honey glazed ham, among other dishes. Desserts include Yule log, and a chocolate fondant: Gil’s offering excitingly varied and festively indulgent.

Takeaway options will also be available, including hampers presented in Ookonn luggage, and packed with champagne or whiskey, and a mix of festive foods.

Special spa treatments, orientated around glowing skin and relaxation, will also be available at Bliss Spa.
