FOLLOWING a turbulent year of isolation and severe levels of stress and anxiety, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, a global leader in luxury hospitality, has launched a new wellness programme, Journey to Resilience, designed to “enhance one’s ability to recover from or adapt easily to change.”

At Asaya, the group’s acclaimed health retreat at Rosewood Hong Kong, local traditions as well as the resort’s urban surroundings have been incorporated into a blissful healing environment, allowing guests to fully embrace difficulties and rebalance.

A holistic programme that encourages you to let go of past troublesome thoughts and behaviours over three or four days, the journey begins with a Wellness Lifestyle and Body Composition test.
Including a naturopath consultation, stress and sleep management and cognitive behavioural therapy, the test identifies any biochemical imbalances, nutritional deficiencies and emotional blockages, allowing you to fully comprehend your current physical, mental and spiritual state.

An array of restorative treatments are then available for guests to enjoy – the selection varying on the length of the retreat – including singing bowl sounds therapy, an aroma atelier body massage and oil blending at the oil atelier.
With accommodation at both the Rosewood Hong Kong or in an Asaya Lodge on offer, guests are also provided with access to the resort’s pool and fitness studio, mouth-watering meals at the Asaya Kitchen, a KLUB 11 gold card membership and an HKD200 K11 musea gift voucher.

“The Journey to Resilience at Asaya Hong Kong was created in recognition that challenging times are often powerful catalysts for growth. The ability to deeply embrace difficulties as opportunities for positive transformation requires inner strength, mental clarity and physical rigour,” says the luxury group.
“Embarking on this Journey to Resilience allows us to establish a deep inner equilibrium and supports us to face life’s challenges with confidence and adaptability.”
