Rosewood Hotels and Resorts launch Summer by Design
ROSEWOOD Hotels & Resorts has unveiled Summer by Design, a collection of purpose-led journeys designed to encourage exploration, discovery and connection among explorers across the globe.
Conceived according to three distinct travel typologies – The Timeless Traveler, Family Wanderlust, and Curiosity Over Convention, showcasing art, cuisine, wellness and sustainability to inspire internal growth – the intentional itineraries immerse guests in wider culture and community to spark an enriched approach to travel and to life.
Available at Rosewood’s ultra-luxury hotels and resorts now through September 6, the Summer by Design journeys go beyond chronicling the typical ‘must-see’ attractions and instead offer transformative and sustainable programming that not only expands guests’ worldviews but also elevates local communities.
All activities are rooted in the fundamental ethos of stimulating purpose-led travel and timeless exploration to develop deep ties for the traveller. Highlights of the Summer by Design journeys include:
Antiquing in Paris, France (Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel): Brimming with galleries, art dealers and flea markets, Paris is an antique lover’s dream. To help guests find the perfect piece or one-of-a-kind creation to take home, Aline Asmar d’Amman, the hotel’s artistic director will share her favourite and most secret spots.
Cantina Tour on Horseback in San Miguel de Allende (Rosewood San Miguel de Allende): Guests can explore the local town on one of Coyote Canyon’s horses and ride through the cobblestone streets of San Miguel de Allende. One of the most spectacular ways to experience the city, the horseback tour also stops at the most popular and historic cantinas for guests to take a break, sip tequila, and enjoy traditional ranchera music.
Flamingo Encounter in Nassau, The Bahamas (Rosewood Baha Mar): Guests will discover The Bahamas’ most beautiful and iconic bird at Flamingo Cay, Baha Mar Resort’s unique habitat, built to educate visitors about the incredible animals and preserve their population on the island for generations to come.
