STRUCK by a romantic fever, Valentino Garavani Amore 2021 collection celebrates China’s Valentine’s Day in all its rosy splendour, splicing the collection with vivid crimson hues and heart motifs.
Designed with both lovebirds in mind, the collection features crystal-embellished hearts adorned on Valentino Garavani open sneakers; scarlet-hued bucket hats composed of tiny lace hearts, and for those who wear their heart on their sleeve, dainty charm bracelets are melded with the irrefutable symbol of love.
T-shirts, shirts, sweatshirts and outerwear are devised in a deliciously red and white colour palette. Also creating a more subtle affair for the season, the letters of Valentino are rendered in painterly style typography, festooned in a heart shape onto inky-black phone cases, slides and a small cross-body bag.
Valentino has also adapted the archetypical Roman Stud Small Top Handle Bag for the day, ornamented with gilded studs encompassing a plush, ruby-hued heart.
The Amore collection features an exclusive campaign starring brand ambassadors Lay Zhang, Tang Yan and singer Luo Yizhou that show the group indulging in the collection, embracing the simmering passion and sweet symbols of the season.
